On September 1, a new chapter began for eight new apprentices: a professional career at HOLMER!

The coming years of their apprenticeship will be marked by exciting insights into the working world, the development of technical skills, and their first experiences in professional life.

Training young people has been a top priority at HOLMER since the company was founded. We place great importance on supporting our young talent both professionally and personally and on consistently guiding them on their path into working life. In doing so, we aim not only to impart sound knowledge but also to give them the opportunity to contribute their own strengths, take on responsibility, and continuously develop themselves.

Our trainees work in various departments across the company. The diverse range of training programs demonstrates just how varied the career opportunities at HOLMER are. Whether in engineering, production, logistics, or business administration: Each department makes an important contribution to our shared success and offers exciting tasks as well as varied insights into the world of agricultural technology.

During their training, the new team members learn about the company’s processes, work alongside experienced colleagues, and gradually gain practical experience. Our trainers and the teams in the respective departments are there to support them every step of the way.
