Service Season in China

To ensure that every HOLMER agricultural machine in China will have a successful harvest season in 2023, the HOLMER service team has already started inspection in June. After the Corona pandemic, colleagues are happy to welcome the foreign technician back after three years to support the Chinese market. 

 

China is a huge territory, from Inner Mongolia to Hei Bei, and to Xinjiang, the distance is about 4,000 km. 160 HOLMER machines must be perfectly equipped for the season. The service team is divided into different groups for general technical inspection. Some of the team members are experts in hydraulic, electric and engine. All of them have more than 10 years of professional experience and are constantly training to be up to date with the latest technology.

 

The harvesting season is always very short, so timely supply of spare parts to customers is crucial for HOLMER. The service team has already prepared the spare parts in January and deposited them in the service station. 

 

An annual driver training course is held at the end of August, 2023 with the topic "How to reduce the crop damage rate and increase yield and efficiency at the same time".  The anniversary version T4-40 "Black Dragon" serves as a practical machine for conducting the driver training and practical driving lessons.
